1st International Computer Technology Colleges, Inc. (1st ICTC) was founded on March 02, 2014 with a strong commitment to providing quality, accessible education that integrates technical-vocational training, academic excellence, and lifelong learning. Created by a team of educators and industry experts, the institution recognized the growing need for a school that could equip learners with practical competencies while also strengthening their academic foundation in various fields.

Beginning with basic computer courses and introductory technology programs, 1st ICTC rapidly expanded as it gained recognition for its hands-on, competency-based approach. The institution soon aligned with TESDA to offer accredited Technical-Vocational Education and Training (TVET) programs that match industry standards.

    How to Submit My Outputs in Your System?

    1) Click "Student Portal"

    2) Input your Certificate Code

    3) Click "Teachers Desk"

    4) Select Title / Topic

    5) Upload

    6) Feedback Shall be given if the uploaded output is not in accordance with the Training Output Standards, Just Reupload Your Output Again if this is the case.

    How to Check if My Certificate is Provided by Your School?

    1) You Attended a 10 days or More Training

    2) You Submitted All the Necessary Outputs Needed to Finish the Training

    3) Your Certificate Should have a "Certificate Code" that can be used for Tracking the Legitimacy of your certificate and Your Training Status.

    How to Check if I am talking to your Official Admin Marketers?

    1) If in doubt, "DO NOT PAY IMMEDIATELY", ask the Admin Marketer to Enroll you First in our system, the Admin Marketer should then Provide a Certificate Code.

    2) Use that Certificate code to check if you are really enrolled (In This Website) to avoid scammers.

    3) Just put your Certificate Code above and press "Verify" your name should appear, It means You are talking to our Legit Admin Marketer.

    I wasn't able to attend last Training Session, can you send me the training video?

    We do not send Training Videos to force the student to attend the training session, but you may ask the Facilitator or Assistant Facilitator to Demonstrate or Discuss the last topic to assist you.

    Why did you change your certificate format and Training Title?

    We develop a System / App for Monitoring our own certificate to avoid copycats and we change our cert title because we followed the Training Regulation (TR) Mandated by TESDA.

    My Training is not yet complete, Why did I recieve the Certificate?

    We send some of our certificates ahead of time due to shipping delay (specially on holidays) and other shipping concerns (lost item and damage certificate), this is for your convenience, but remember that you cannot use the certificate unless the training is completed, because anyone holding your certificate can verify it and check your training status using your certificate code, (this matter is discuss on the orientation video before the training starts)
